A.S.H.B.A. Course Requirements
CalUMS requires 44units of general education courses, 48units of major courses and 4units of electives for students to achieve Associate Degree in Healthcare Business Administration. Following are the course requirements for the Associate Degree:

Graduation Requirements
The A.S.H.B.A. is conferred upon completion of a minimum of ninety six (96) quarter units The 96 quarter units shall be composed of 24 courses of 4 units each. A minimum grade point average of 2.0 is required. The requirements can be summarized as follows:

Up to 40 quarter units (10 courses) of coursework can be accepted for transfer credits from another institution. At least 20 quarter units (5 courses) of Major Courses must be completed in residency at the California University of Management and Sciences.
