ESL Instructor
Job Description:
CalUMS is accepting applications for a part-time ESL Instructor for the ESL Department.
Requirements:
*must exhibit an appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of varying social, economic, cultural, ideological and ethnic backgrounds;
*Bachelor's degree in English as a Second Language or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
*previous working and/or teaching experience in ESL, preferred;
*ability to teach a variety of ESL courses, preferred.

Faculties employed by CalUMS must demonstrate substantial competence and have valid official credentials in their areas of teaching responsibilities.
Faculties assigned to the Master's degree program must possess minimally a Master's degree (or its equivalent) in areas pertaining to position applied for.
The salary range is dependent on research and teaching experience.
