Requirements
Student must have a high school or equivalent education, complete an application form, and pay the required fees.
Procedures
Students applying for admission to the ESL programs must observe the following admission procedures:
- Complete the application form (available in the Office of Admissions) and submit it together with the $100 (non-refundable) application fee to the Office of Admissions.
- Submit a copy of high school diploma and its corresponding official high school transcript evidencing completion of at least a high school education.
- Prospective students' applications will be reviewed and decided for admission on an individual basis by the Admissions Director, and may be asked to provide additional evidence of academic proficiency.
Once a student is admitted to a program, he or she will be assigned to an Academic Advisor, who will advise the student with academic planning. Orientation for new students will be held during the first week of each quarter. All students will receive information regarding student services, student expectations, student rights and responsibilities, student conduct policies, library services, and learning resource services.
International Student
International students will need to satisfy several additional requirements prior to being admitted to the University.
Transfer Student
An applicant who wishes to transfer from another institute of higher education must undertake the same procedures as earlier mentioned. Upon admission, the credit earned elsewhere will be evaluated and appropriate credit will be granted for previous academic work.
